Return Policy:
A Wedding of a Lifetime stands behind the quality of every product we sell. However, if you should be unhappy with your purchase, we will do everything we can to make you happy. We cannot accept returns on samples, food items, or any products that have been personalized or decorated in any way. We will only accept returns within 7 days of the time you receive your order. Merchandise must be in it's original packaging. Shipping and any "Rush" fees are not refundable. Returns after 7 days are not a problem. They will however be subject to a 25% restocking fee. No refunds or exchanges after 30 days. Shipping costs to return the items are the responsibility of the customer.

For your own protection, please use a reputable shipping service such as UPS or FEDEX so that the items can be tracked. Also, please be sure to have the items insured against damage. We cannot issue refunds for items that arrive to us damaged.

If you decide for some reason that you want to cancel an order you just placed, we can only do so if we have not processed the order yet. Please note that we process most orders immediately upon receipt.

On rare occasions some items may arrive damaged or may be missing. Please contact us immediately and we will promptly replace it. You must save the damaged merchandise and packaging for a possible claim by us with the carrier. You must report any damage or missing items to us within 7 days.

Shipping and Handling:
Our method of shipping is UPS Ground. Depending on the item(s) ordered, they are filled and shipped to our customers in 2 to 6 weeks. If items are out of stock we will contact our customers at the phone number or email address provided on the order form. Sorry no International shipping is available at this time.
